The ENSA General Assembly 2008 was hosted by the City of Lille and the National Union of Social and Welfare Centres (UNCCAS) on the 29th, 30th and 31st January.
After the Launch of the Elisan network at the Committee of the Regions in Brussels the 28th of June, the ENSA network has been invited the 29th for a European exchange in Lille. The five ENSA thematic groups 'Childhood'; 'Youth', 'Disability', Elders, and 'Social Inclusion' made a report of the activities of the last year and proposals for future ones. A dialogue has been set with the university of Lille and the CCAS Région du Nord Pas de Calais.
