ENSA General Assembly 2014

European Instruments for Inclusive Growth

The ENSA General Assembly 2014 took place in Kreis-Offenbach, Germany, between the 23rd and the 24th of September.

The activities scheduled during the event (plenary, workshops and study visits) represented a meaningful occasion for a European exchange on social investment and innovation and more specifically on the instruments the European Union is developing in the framework of the renewed 2020 strategy. Moreover, it also was an opportunity to see which possibilities the new EU programming is bringing.

With these three days, hosted in Kreis-Offenbach, we intended to promote Innovative European projects ideas collecting contributions from the participants.

In addition, in the framework of the annual General Assembly of ENSA 2014, all participants are welcome to take part in the activities of the Special Youth Care Platform. Mr Stefaan Van Mulders, CEO of the Flemish Agency for Youth Welfare is pleased to invite you for the 3d meeting of the Special Youth Care Platform.

Last year, the Special Youth Care Platform was launched during the annual meeting of ENSA. In March 2014 a second meeting took place in Brussels. Now service providers and national and regional governing bodies active in youth care all over the European Union, will meet again. The aim of this meeting is to take this initiative further and to build an active and strong platform. During the meeting in Brussels in March, the participants of the Platform started to develop a strategic planning for the upcoming 3 years. This discussion will be finalized during the meeting in Germany.
