Funded by the LLLP 200-2013 Programme (Leonardo da Vinci), has created a forum of professionals working in the prevention domain. The objective was to promote an exchange of good practices and to create common standards in the field of parent training and in the vocational educational training of practitioners.
CHAIN is a metaphor for three chains of learning: first hand learning between partners, information passed from staff involved in mobilities to co-workers in their department and finally from practitioners to families. The models sought to reach disadvantaged families with limited resources and knowledge in the use of available social services.
