Granted by the GRUNDTVIG program from 2010 to 2012. The objective of the project was fostering active citizenship and learning among adults with intellectual disability.
Starting from a tool used in clinical and social fields – the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health - the so-called ICF (recommended by WHO) and in order to address the needs of the above mentioned target group, the D-ACTIVE project developed and experimented multidimensional and integrated education models.
