Topic and objectives:
The Erasmus+ project "European Training on innovative Restorative Protocols for clinical and technological changeable" (PROTOCOLS), was born on the idea of Dr. Humberto Cerrel Bazo, Head of the Recovery and Functional Rehabilitation Unit of the Highly Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital
(ORAS SpA) and is rooted in the research for innovative home care rehabilitation paths for the discharged patients. The project aims at innovating the vocational education and training in the field of Restorative Neurology through the use of wearable technologies, for the healthcare professionals and professional trainers. The innovative competences and skills in the field of rehabilitation that will be born assume greater relevance and importance in view of the emergency caused by COVID-19.
