The objectives of the project were to develop comparative analysis of socio-demographic trends and evolutions of elderly health conditions; to collect good practices and guidelines for monitoring and assessment in Home Health Care services; to elaborate a set of efficacy and effectiveness indicators for monitoring quality in Home Health Care.
